La petite maison de campagne
Collège de Saint-Louis
Renovating this country house was a major challenge, particularly given its location in an agricultural zone. Close collaboration with the canton's land department was therefore necessary to comply with the very restrictive building regulations.
The small surface area of the house also posed a number of challenges - very detailed coordination was essential between the various parties involved, all under the supervision of the construction manager. A mission skillfully accomplished by our teams.

Collège de Saint-Louis
Our team was commissioned by the Collège de Saint-Louis to renovate all the classrooms on one floor. The main challenge was to meet deadlines - the work took place during the summer vacations and had to be completed before the end of the summer break. Other projects are also underway on the college's premises - perfect coordination between the various projects & contributors is therefore necessary.
The coordination of the work is totally managed by our team. We are executing this project in collaboration with the client's partner craftsmen.
