On behalf of a company selling agricultural products, we have been commissioned to build a logistics warehouse.

The project blends in perfectly with its surroundings, and has been sited with respect for the existing heritage.

This large-scale project is destined to become the gateway to the industrial zone of the town of Murça, and is imposing both in terms of its shape and its gigantic roof openings.

The challenge of this project lies in the building's dual purpose - one part will serve as a logistics center with its own sales outlet, while the other will house the company's administration and a catering area on the upper section.

The project includes an energy upgrade with the abandonment of oil-fired heating, the installation of heat pumps and the installation of photovoltaic panels. The roofs are planted with vegetation, allowing water to be retained.

The mixed character (new & existing) of the buildings is harmonious, thanks to the space composed in part of wood, which allows for a light and appropriate combination with the surrounding landscape.
